Jason is Chief Customer Officer at Zaden Technologies, where he leads customer success and advocacy to ensure clients achieve impactful outcomes with Zaden's AI solutions. He also serves as Product Manager for Icarus, Zaden’s AI-enhanced Architecture-as-Code (AaC) platform that automates SysML model generation from system requirements. With over 14 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise product development, and AI-enhanced automation, Jason bridges technical innovation with customer needs. He works closely with systems engineers and defense partners to ensure Icarus delivers value through faster, more accurate system modeling. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wireless Software Engineering from Auburn University and began his career at L3Harris Government Communications Systems. His expertise spans mission-critical software and secure automation for defense and commercial sectors.
